That’s not to say Ann doesn’t like Palin, because she does. That’s probably why she says if she were in her shoes she wouldn’t run. I’ve thought the same thing myself. As much as I want Sarah Palin to run for President, I admire her enough, and have enough sympathy for what she’s already been through to acknowledge that it probably wouldn’t be a day at the beach for her.
I’m sure the media will try to spin this as some sort of repudiation of Sarah Palin; Coulter is someone that CNN and the rest of the media couldn’t care less about until she says something they think they can twist into their narrative. Their narrative being that Sarah Palin is an imbecile who shouldn’t even be considered a serious contender for the White House.
I think Coulter is still secretly (maybe not so secretly) holding out hope for Chris Christie. Her tone has softened a bit when it comes to Romney, but I still don’t think he’s her first choice. Ann’s been making the rounds lately touting her new book which should, like everything else she does, drive libs absolutely nuts.
